Could you please pass on to your management that the installation crew was EXCELLENT! I think the lead installers name was Robbie, but I'm bad with names. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took me down to see their work and explained everything in detail. Leonard (once again, I think that was his name) showed me how to work the new thermostat and was great as well. I appreciated that they took their time and didn't rush me or my questions. The whole crew on both days was outstanding and it was the best experience that I've had with a service crew. Thank you to you for your great help with this and thank you to the installation crew. The whole process was excellent! You'll probably be getting a quote request from one of my neighbors soon.
