Air Conditioning Maintenance Plans

Even just normal use can lead to wear and tear of your HVAC system and the need for repairs will be likely at some point. As a Bronze annual air conditioning maintenance customer, you will receive a 15% discount on parts and labor. If you choose our Gold plan, we will repair or replace most parts completely free of charge. 

No matter if you own a home in Baltimore, Maryland, or Dover, Delaware, or Manassas, Virginia, or anywhere in between — you eventually will need to replace your air conditioning system. As a Bronze or Gold annual air conditioning maintenance agreement customer, you will accumulate $50 a year in Loyalty Credits for a maximum discount on new HVAC equipment of $500.

The most expensive appliance in any home is the heating and air conditioning system. Getting as many energy-efficient years as possible out of the unit is far less expensive than an early replacement due to neglect.  You will also see lower utility bills each year as opposed to the energy usage from a system that does not receive regular professional air conditioning maintenance.
